Solverix is operated by Nicolás Tu, an individual based in Argentina. Contact for anything privacy-related: soporte@solverix.com.ar.
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service: your account email, your password (stored hashed, never in plain text), your subscription plan and its expiration date, a payment reference from the payment processor (we never see or store your card or wallet details directly), and, only if you use one, a streamer referral code. We don't ask for your real name, address, or phone number, and we don't need them to run Solverix.
The solver itself is built on CFR (Counterfactual Regret Minimization), a game-theory algorithm that converges toward the Nash equilibrium it runs entirely on your own computer. It is not an AI or machine-learning model, and it does not send your hands, ranges, or usage data anywhere to "learn" from you.
This website uses cookies and browser local storage strictly to make the site work: remembering your language choice, a referral code if you arrived through a streamer's link, and your login session on the account page. We don't use them for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can clear them anytime from your browser settings, though the site may ask for your language/login again afterward.
To run Solverix we use a small number of external providers, each only for a specific technical purpose:
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it processes the data it handles on our behalf.
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except anything we're legally required to keep for accounting or tax purposes (like payment records).
You can ask us, at any time, to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Just write to soporte@solverix.com.ar from the email associated with your account and we'll take care of it.
We currently only send transactional emails (login-related notices, payment confirmations, subscription status). We don't run a marketing email list. If that ever changes, every marketing email will include a clear unsubscribe link.
We may update this page from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the latest version.
