By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using Solverix (the desktop app or the solverix.com.ar website), you accept these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use Solverix.
Solverix is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Solverix is a poker training and analysis tool based on CFR (Counterfactual Regret Minimization), a game-theory algorithm. It's meant strictly as an off-table study tool: for studying and reviewing hands offline, before or after you play. It does not process real-money bets, does not connect to any poker room, and is not a gambling platform.
You must not run, consult, or interact with Solverix at the same time as any real-money or play-money online poker client is open on your device. Solverix must never be used as in-hand assistance while you're seated at an online table. Breaking this rule may result in immediate, irrevocable suspension of your account with no refund, and, where legally required, cooperation with the affected poker room's integrity or security team. This is also enforced with a warning shown every time you open the app.
Solverix offers monthly subscription plans (Advanced Solver and Complete) at the prices shown on the website at the time of purchase, billed either in Argentine pesos (via Mercado Pago) or in USD/USDT (via crypto). Prices may change for future billing periods; we'll always show the current price before you pay.
You can request a full refund within 48 to 72 hours of your payment by writing to soporte@solverix.com.ar. After that window, payments are non-refundable, though you can still cancel to avoid being charged again the following month.
You can cancel anytime by writing to soporte@solverix.com.ar. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for; we don't do partial refunds for unused days outside the refund window above.
Some users may get a referral code to share as a streamer. Any commission is tracked internally and paid out manually by us on request it's not an automatic payment, and the terms of this program (commission rate, eligibility) may change or be discontinued at any time.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Solverix. You may not:
Solverix is provided "as is". While the solver is built on a real game-theory algorithm, we don't guarantee that every recommendation is free of bugs or that following it guarantees any particular result at the table. Poker involves variance and financial risk we're not responsible for losses from real-money play.
We're not responsible for penalties, fund confiscation, or bans that you may suffer on third-party poker sites due to misuse of Solverix, breaking that site's own terms of service (including its rules on RTA), or false positives from that site's own detection tools.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the latest version. Continuing to use Solverix after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
